Sam Webster - Foraging Teacher and Wild Food Specialist at Foraging For Ages

Sam has been foraging for as long as she can remember. “I used to walk the fields of my Nana’s farm as a child collecting blackberries, damsons, and the occasional field mushroom, but I got really excited about foraging when I was in my 20s and I was bought a foraging course for my birthday, I’ve not turned off my inner forager since! I now do my hobby as a job, I love teaching people about wild food and seeing the amazement on their faces the first time they try a nettle and discover it tastes AMAZING!”
